Leasing & Applications
Our community is open during business hours. No appointments are required to tour the community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions.
Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
Visit our leasing office for rental assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees.
We require that you make 2.5 times the amount of the rent.
We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2.5 the rent, and a background and credit check.
Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening
The standard security deposit is $200, but this may vary based on credit and rental history. Additional deposits apply for pets .
Yes, we charge a non-refundable administrative fee of $250, which covers the cost of processing your lease and preparing your move-in.
Yes, We wouldn't be complete without our favorite furry residents! Restrictions apply
Rent & Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period till the 6th of the month before late fees are assessed on the 7th
Rent can be paid online through our resident portal, by check, Money Order and Flex Pay
Residents are responsible for some utilities charges that are charged in addition to the rent
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-12 months.
Please contact the leasing office for current availability.
We require a 20 day written notice. Resposible for the duration of the lease agreement until re-rented.
Community Amenities
Yes, we have reserved parking 1 per household. Extra resident parking spaces are available. 2 vehicles per houshold
Yes! We welcome pets with a $200 pet deposit, $200 pet fee per pet. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
There are laundry facilities on site.
We do have a pool, 2 playgounds, dog park and basket ball court
Maintenance & Repairs
You can submit requests through the resident portal or by calling the leasing office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours.
